Paqui One Chip Challenge
For 2023, the Colorado Facial Hair Chili Cook Off added a Paqui one chip challenge near the end of the evening. Several brave souls tried to out last each other by eating the hottest chip in the world. There was a silent auction for the honor of trying to win the one chip challenge, with proceeds going to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
